PRODUCTION PROCESS: We use A1 Quality corn that is cooked, ground and kneaded to obtain the base paste. Afterwards the paste passes to a machine where the round Arepa discs are formed. The round discs then travel to a furnace and then into the cooler before being packaged. Customer orders are picked, boxed and distributed.

The whole process takes into account good manufacturingd practices that assure arepas of great QUALITY and TASTE, just like Grandma used to make.

The arepa is a fragile product, perishable and susceptible to contamination by human manipulation. We recommend the following for all our Arepa Products:

  • Once purchased promptly refrigerate the product.
  • Store the product in its original packaging.
  • No repeated freezing and thawing of the product, remember it is a natural product and has no preservatives.
